this hotel gave me a super awesome stay! the staff was super friendly, and it felt so clean everywhere. i really loved how good the breakfast was, that was a perfect start to my days.
the fitness center feels kinda small, but everything else made up for it.

i got wine and chocolates for my anniversary, i thought it was a sweet and thoughtful touch. the front desk staff were so nice, and the lobby bar staff was super fun and interactive, like, seriously awesome.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food choices. The staff was pleasant and courteous . The hotel location was convenient for access to a nearby conference center.
my room faced a nightclub that had outdoor parties all night LONG. the reception DID NOT offer to change my room after I asked twice. i had to ask for a kettle and an iron and a hair dryer, which I found inconvenient.

The location was amazing. It was super close to the centro de congressos! i loved how friendly all the staff were. i enjoyed a warm indoor pool and the rooftop pool was a total win. buffet lunch and breakfast were great, and i even caught some opera singers performing!
I wish the hotel had an airport shuttle. Getting a taxi on my own was a bit of a hassle.

The front desk staff secured taxis efficiently and knew the area well! they were very helpful with directions and transport. everyone provided friendly assistance at all times. I felt very welcomed.

the breakfast had an abundance of choices, definitely a plus.
My room faced the bridge. The noise was relentless. it reminded me of i needed earplugs just to sleep. The nonexistent soundproofing made it impossible to ignore the constant traffic.
