Dining

Victor's Residenz-Hotel Schloss Berg hosts three restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. Victor's FINE DINING by Christian Bau holds three Michelin stars and showcases a fusion of French and Japanese cuisines. Restaurant Bacchus serves upscale Italian dishes, while Victor's Landgasthaus Die Scheune provides a rustic atmosphere with hearty country-style meals.

Rooms

The hotel offers various room categories including Classic, Superior, Deluxe, and several suite types, each with picturesque views of the Moselle Valley. Roman-style and Renaissance-inspired rooms are available, along with luxury Empress Classic Suites located on the top floor of the castle. All accommodations feature amenities such as pod coffee machines, two bathrooms in suites, and spacious living areas.

Wellness

The wellness area at Schloss Berg reflects ancient Roman bathing culture with an indoor pool, whirlpool, steam bath, and various saunas. Victor's Spa offers an array of treatments such as soothing massages and deep-cleansing facials. Comfortable loungers and outdoor relaxation areas are available, ensuring a serene experience.

Location

Schloss Berg is strategically situated where Germany, France, and Luxembourg intersect, providing access to cultural landmarks and picturesque landscapes. The region boasts the oldest wine-growing area in Germany, adding a unique attraction for wine enthusiasts. Guests can explore traditional wineries, take a scenic river cruise on the Moselle, or hike the captivating trails nearby.

Leisure

The hotel serves as an exceptional venue for a variety of events with extensive planning and catering services available. Corporate and private gatherings can be enhanced with culinary offerings from the hotel's restaurants, along with customized support for each event. “While this hotel aims high with its Michelin-starred dining and wellness offerings near the tri-border region, some aspects miss the mark for a five-star experience. I noted comments about outdated rooms and issues with temperature control, alongside inconsistent service, which is a concern. Despite the picturesque vineyard setting and culinary focus, potential guests should be aware of these drawbacks.”
