sewage smell seat shortage

the reception staff seemed friendly.

i found the room reeked of sewage. i requested a different room but was told none were available. getting a seat at meal times was a struggle , and i even missed lunch because of this issue.

the hotel has a very polite reception team. the kitchen also performed well. i was greeted well upon arrival.

the food was not consistently high quality. the bathrooms needed attention due to mold. the carpets also showed stains throughout the room.
