The Aimee McPherson Suite offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath with a tub, a garden view, a private entrance, and a day bed suitable for a third guest. Cora's Corner includes a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and a sunny view. The James Peasgood Suite has a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bath with a sunken shower and double shower heads; a rollaway bed is available for a third guest. The Olympic Suite features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and a garden view. The Pier Suite offers a king-sized bed, a private bath with a tub, and an ocean view, with a sofa bed for a third guest. Tramps Quarters has a queen-sized bed and garden view. Speedway includes two full-sized beds and access to two shared bathrooms; Warren Wilson includes a queen-sized bed and use of two shared bathrooms. Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, bath amenities, a hairdryer, and an iron. Luxury Parachute bedding, down comforters and pillows are standard in Warren Wilson. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. Rooms are supplied with personal towels, bathmat, amenities, robes and slippers.

A complimentary breakfast is served in the lobby dining area from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which features coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, and croissants from a local organic bakery.
