Hotel Vejlefjord offers rooms across three buildings with a selection of room types, views, and balconies. Main building rooms are manor house style or classically modern, some overlooking the park and forest. Saugman Palæ, opposite the main building, has 23 contemporary rooms facing the forest or Main Building. Vesthuset, 100m from the hotel, provides handicap access and is part of Vejlefjord Rehabilitation Centre. Rooms include a satellite TV, a work desk, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Rooms also feature a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, as well as sea views. This room type does not have space for extra beds.

Authentic Danish cuisine

The kitchen creates healthy, authentic food based on Danish food culture, offering fresh produce from the current season. Room service is available by calling 380 or at the reception for a fee of DKK 75 per order. The room service menu includes items like Hotel Vejlefjord "Shooting Star" Brioche bread with smoked salmon, shrimps, roe, steamed and panfried flatfish for DKK 218 and Fish'n chips a la Vejlefjord Lime marinated cod in crispy orly dough, sauce tatare, french fries and aioli for DKK 255. Breakfast in the room can be arranged by completing a form at the reception before 20:00, including bread, butter, cheese, cold meats, and fruit.

Spa and Thermal Baths

The hotel's Spa and Wellness Centre features Thermal Baths and a Thalasso spa. The Thermal Baths offer seven pools, special showers, steam rooms, and saunas. In Thalasso Spa, guests can float in a saltwater pool and relax in the salt sauna. Spa treatments include Sensitive abhyanga oil massage, Shirodhara, Anti-Stress Facial, Anti-Age Hot Stone Massage, and Thalasso Scrub/Wrap. There is also the Forest Sauna built on pillars above one of Vejlefjord's natural areas, where Sauna Infusions are available. The Mammoth Showers cascade warm water from three meters high.

Idyllic event location

Hotel Vejlefjord is between Vejle and Horsens, 18 minutes from the E45 motorway, and 60 km from Billund. It offers flexible meeting and conference facilities with customization options and conference rooms, most with views and direct access to the surrounding park and nature. Kongesalen, the King's Hall, accommodates up to 240 delegates. Østsalen, the East Hall, accommodates up to 70 delegates. Vestsalen, the West Hall, accommodates up to 100 persons. Technicians meet in the meeting rooms and provide hotline services during the event. The hotel also has free parking and charging stations for Tesla and other electric cars.

Hotel Vejlefjord is surrounded by 43 ha of forest, park and beach. Guests can walk more than 20 kilometers of original treatment paths, with small historic sights along the way. Room service is available, and lost items are stored for up to 3 months. The Thermal Baths & Thalasso Spa includes fresh fruit, water and coffee / tea. The hotel's experienced team assists in tailoring programs of activities and catering. Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily between kl. 10.00 and 14.00.
