Really good stay in a great hotel

The hotel has expansive outdoor areas for the pool and beach. They offered plenty of lounge chairs. Rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast featured a wide variety of healthy options for everyone in my family. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with all our needs.

I encountered an issue with a broken lift. This made getting to my room on the fourth floor difficult. The hotel offered no alternative solutions. I found this particularly inconvenient.

The staff was attentive. They were always smiling and ready to assist with any request (such as calling a taxi). They clearly worked hard to keep all guests happy and comfortable at the hotel.

The hotel pool is excellent, and accompanying amenities, such as loungers, cabanas, and jacuzzi, add a special touch. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities seemed well maintained. Guests can also easily get to the beach.

the hotel staff was friendly. the room had a balcony overlooking the sea and pool, very clean. there were different places to relax around the pool and beach. breakfast included a wide variety of choices. i could use the daily balance on drinks at the bar.

The pool area was very relaxing. The music created a nice atmosphere. I also liked that it was easy to take a short boat trip to the nearby town for a change of scenery. The sunsets by the water were beautiful!!!

The room size was small. Storage for clothes was minimal. The bathroom door did not fully close. The pillows were thin and provided limited support. I had to fold them over for better comfort.
