SUPER Central Stay!

central location quick assistance clean room

I FOUND the location convenient. It's VERY central, made exploring simple. The staff provided QUICK and helpful assistance, especially when I needed directions. My room was clean and well-kept upon arrival, which I appreciated.

the lighting in some areas felt a little DIM.

Nice Moments in San Jose

friendly team spacious room great water pressure

The reception team seemed very friendly and helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean. I especially appreciated the big bathroom with great water pressure, made mornings so nice. The breakfast included traditional Costa Rican dishes, which I always enjoyed.

The lack of natural light in my room was somewhat bothersome. The room did not have windows at all. This absence.

The hotel provides a central position, with many restaurants located within walking distance. It is not always easy to find, but it is serviceable, with some homeless individuals in the area, although I never felt uncomfortable. The area seemed quite secure.

power saving lighting spacious lounge receptionist service

The hotel provides parking. I ate at the restaurant. Breakfast was available each day. The floors are spacious with power saving lighting. I appreciated the lounge available to relax or work from as it provided a nice ambiance. The staff followed up with a phone call to my room to check everything was okay. I received great service from the lovely receptionists who shared ideas for tours and taxis.

The check-in process felt rushed at times.

missing dishes lacking cutlery

The room had no view since there was no window I felt a bit claustrophobic. Also the kitchenette lacked basic supplies. I found no dishes and no cutlery provided I could not actually use it. This made preparing even simple meals difficult I had to eat out instead. The experience was frustrating since one reason I booked the room was the kitchenette.

loud air conditioning no windows

the staff was friendly , and the location was fairly central.

My room had no windows , so it felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud and seemed old . It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. this made it hard to relax in the room.

The room features two WARDROBES. The breakfast included eggs and fruit. Parking was easy. I found a spot right outside the hotel. The staff showed good English skills.

The room faced an interior wall so there was limited natural light.

The reception team showed friendliness. The staff offered directions to local shops. I found them to be engaging and ready to help. The hotel also stored my luggage safely before my room was ready.
