missing disheslacking cutlery
The room had no view since there was no window I felt a bit claustrophobic. Also the kitchenette lacked basic supplies. I found no dishes and no cutlery provided I could not actually use it. This made preparing even simple meals difficult I had to eat out instead. The experience was frustrating since one reason I booked the room was the kitchenette.

friendly staffloud air conditioningno windows
the staff was friendly , and the location was fairly central.
My room had no windows , so it felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud and seemed old . It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. this made it hard to relax in the room.

The room features two WARDROBES. The breakfast included eggs and fruit. Parking was easy. I found a spot right outside the hotel. The staff showed good English skills.
The room faced an interior wall so there was limited natural light.
Service

The reception team showed friendliness. The staff offered directions to local shops. I found them to be engaging and ready to help. The hotel also stored my luggage safely before my room was ready.

The breakfast featured fresh fruit, including pineapple. The restaurant provided a variety of hot items. The service at breakfast was fast and I did appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

The hotel stands near the National Theatre. The location allows easy WALKS to shops. A supermarket is just around the corner, a plus. I found many pedestrian streets with restaurants near the place.
