the pool was large and well-kept. the cafe met my needs well. i found the staff friendly and helpful from check in to the cafe. i also appreciated the easy access to the theme park either by shuttle or walking path.

The tv would occasionally freeze. It required a power cycle to restore function. this was only a minor inconvenience though!

the pool area is extensive and features numerous loungers plus shaded areas. there are multiple options for relaxation and sunbathing. the hotel has a well-equipped gym that includes several treadmills and stationary bikes.

the staff provided helpful assistance . they were quick to address requests, this. the shuttle service to the theme parks ran frequently plus was convenient for travel.

stellar stay!

I stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the pool area, it was a great spot. the café also worked well for grabbing quick bites (i liked the salads!). the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the shuttle service very convenient. It made getting to the parks easy.

the tv froze sometimes, though it wasn't a frequent issue. also, the toilets needed more than one flush on occasion (we just held the handle down).

The cosmo café offered variety. I found food choices that met my needs. breakfast opens at 7 am (great for early park access) and the cafe is accessible for all guests.

the staff was amazing, and always ready to help with any questions. housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the rooms tidy and fresh. self-service laundry was very helpful, especially for longer stays.
