pleasant garden decent pool

The location is convenient. It's near the monkey forest. i easily rented a scooter on site. That simplified getting around. the hotel has a pleasant garden with a decent pool and shaded spots.

the restaurant staff seemed a bit unhelpful when i asked for options not on the breakfast menu.

My room was quite spacious with an outside seating area overlooking the garden and pool. The staff were helpful. The location is near the monkey forest and the city center. I liked the visit from the monkeys.

I noticed a slight issue with the wifi signal, it was not consistently strong in all areas of the hotel.

oasis of calm

safe feeling friendly staff

i have stayed here twice and i felt safe here as a solo female traveller. its location is ideal as it is central to everything.. you cannot hear anything.

i initially received a family room that was very dirty and in poor condition. after raising my concerns, i was moved to a much better room. the restaurant staff was not as friendly.

the location is very central, right in the middle of the city, and entering the park in the hotel area was like entering another world. it is so quiet and peaceful with lush plants and beautiful flowers.

The entire hotel is so beautiful, and the pool is amazing. breakfasts at the restaurant are so good. Portions are large, and the staff is friendly. it's a quiet space with just natural sounds.

Bedrooms are comfortable, clean and very nice. i also like that umbrellas are available outside each room.. this is very useful given the bali weather. housekeeping is thorough. They cleaned our room daily.

some issues affected my stay

dead roach bathroom design

the staff was friendly and helpful to my needs.

i found a roach in my room, and it was dead. the bathroom shower caused water to pool all over the floor because of its design. the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. i packed my bags and left the hotel the next day.
