The location is convenient. It's near the monkey forest. i easily rented a scooter on site. That simplified getting around. the hotel has a pleasant garden with a decent pool and shaded spots.

the restaurant staff seemed a bit unhelpful when i asked for options not on the breakfast menu.

My room was quite spacious with an outside seating area overlooking the garden and pool. The staff were helpful. The location is near the monkey forest and the city center. I liked the visit from the monkeys.

I noticed a slight issue with the wifi signal, it was not consistently strong in all areas of the hotel.

i have stayed here twice and i felt safe here as a solo female traveller. its location is ideal as it is central to everything.. you cannot hear anything.

i initially received a family room that was very dirty and in poor condition. after raising my concerns, i was moved to a much better room. the restaurant staff was not as friendly.

The entire hotel is so beautiful, and the pool is amazing. breakfasts at the restaurant are so good. Portions are large, and the staff is friendly. it's a quiet space with just natural sounds.

the staff was friendly and helpful to my needs.

i found a roach in my room, and it was dead. the bathroom shower caused water to pool all over the floor because of its design. the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. i packed my bags and left the hotel the next day.
