the location is perfect, offering clear blue water and a hiking path.

i found a few things disappointing. most of the staff were unhelpful and unknowledgeable.. this applied mostly to the restaurant staff. the pool was great, however there were not enough beds for everyone. people would leave their towels on the beds to reserve them, then not return for hours at a time.

i found the staff consistently helpful and cheerful. the hotel grounds were super clean and well maintained. the spa offered great treatments, and i enjoyed the sauna and pool facilities after beach walks.

i noticed the times for meals were a little early, with clearing beginning just before closing.

i enjoyed the hotel's lovely views from every corner, it was amazing. the staff displayed politeness and positivity with the bartenders earning a bonus. activities, specifically evening activities, were decent, providing entertainment after dinner. the food offered diversity, with options for vegans and vegetarians, i found something satisfying to eat each day.

i thought the gym equipment could have been updated. the machines were a bit old, and i noticed some wear and tear on the upholstery. perhaps a refresh of the fitness area would elevate the overall experience.
