I received an upgrade from Sophia at reception. She greeted me with a smile. She also provided helpful information. The beach access was unbelievable. (I really enjoyed the convenient access to the beach.)

The absence of valet parking was inconvenient. I had to manage my luggage, cumbersome. This service would greatly enhance the arrival experience. This was surprising for a 4-star hotel.

The staff spoke good English (that was very helpful). The area was kept very clean, and the kitchen options had affordable pricing.

I was quite annoyed that the beaches in Europe seem to be controlled by individual entities. Most require payment to secure a shaded spot. I found the prices at those spots to be too high and inaccessible for the value offered. It was annoying to have to deal with this extra cost on top of everything else.

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, offering refreshing iced tea during check-in. A staff member escorted us to our room and others handled our luggage. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. The room included a fridge and access to a deck with a spa and lounge chairs. Before our flight after checking out, we used the private shower.

I wish the shaded spots at the beach weren't controlled by individual entities, and required payment. The prices charged for those spots seemed high.

The gym featured a great range of equipment, so I was able to use it every day. Access to the beach was included, and the hotel provided beach towels. I noticed taxis available 24hrs via WhatsApp.
