Luxurious stay with perfect service
helpful information beach access
I received an upgrade from Sophia at reception. She greeted me with a smile. She also provided helpful information. The beach access was unbelievable. (I really enjoyed the convenient access to the beach.)
The absence of valet parking was inconvenient. I had to manage my luggage, cumbersome. This service would greatly enhance the arrival experience. This was surprising for a 4-star hotel.

My room featured a big balcony and an outdoor hot tub. I enjoyed a sea view. The rooms were well-kept and generously sized.

high prices shaded spot
The staff spoke good English (that was very helpful). The area was kept very clean, and the kitchen options had affordable pricing.
I was quite annoyed that the beaches in Europe seem to be controlled by individual entities. Most require payment to secure a shaded spot. I found the prices at those spots to be too high and inaccessible for the value offered. It was annoying to have to deal with this extra cost on top of everything else.

really good service and fine views
attentive staff refreshing iced tea excellent service
the staff are very attentive and helpful, they greeted us with refreshing iced tea upon arrival. they provided a map of the resort and surrounding areas, useful for exploring. the front desk arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our room, demonstrating excellent service.

the food at the bar was AMAZING!!! eva took great care of us, we had everything we needed, and the quick service was really noticeable, especially compared to other hotels i have stayed at.

the pool facilities are excellent with beds in the water, this is such a luxurious touch. the hotel offers a complimentary couples massage that was so good, i extended it. private drivers ensure prompt and easy transport between the suite and beach club.

the hotel shares a parking lot with the entrance to the beach and hyde beach club, ensuring convenient access. the front desk provided us with towels for beach use. there is a snack bar near reception selling water and iced lattes.

our room featured a modern bathroom with the best shower, it was so relaxing. there was an entrance area with a fridge plus a door to the deck that included a spa. the bathroom was spacious and separate from the bedroom with a vanity area.

Excellent Stay with Wonderful Amenities
lovely staff modern bathroom
The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, offering refreshing iced tea during check-in. A staff member escorted us to our room and others handled our luggage. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. The room included a fridge and access to a deck with a spa and lounge chairs. Before our flight after checking out, we used the private shower.
I wish the shaded spots at the beach weren't controlled by individual entities, and required payment. The prices charged for those spots seemed high.

The gym featured a great range of equipment, so I was able to use it every day. Access to the beach was included, and the hotel provided beach towels. I noticed taxis available 24hrs via WhatsApp.

Breakfast offered a really excellent spread, with delicious dishes on the à la carte menu. There was a snack bar next to the reception. The reception restaurant offered good, reasonably priced food.

The room provided amazing views and included a private pool, and the balcony was large. The rooms were tastefully furnished and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a separate vanity area.

The staff were kind and helpful! Mary at the front reception was an absolute delight. The front desk arranged for staff to transport our bags and store them. All the staff members spoke good English
