a charming stay amidst mountain trails

the breakfast included a great variety of tasty food, a lovely start to the day. i found the location excellent with easy access to hiking trails, including the persephone and atalante trails. our room had mountain views and the beds were really comfortable after a long day of exploring.

i noticed the carpets had some stains, it was a small issue but something that stood out.

The shower was difficult to use. It was hard to adjust the temperature (it kept switching between hot and cold) and the water pressure was LOW. the room got VERY warm at night. I couldn't adjust the thermostat (central heating, i guess) and ended up opening the window, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel's location was great. a really tasty dinner was available. It was way better than many meals i've had. breakfast was great too! i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

the hotel rooms stank of cigarette smoke and i couldn't seem to do anything about it. the hotel indicated that it was a non-smoking area though.
