the salt spa bath suite with sea view was amazing! the room had a great air con, important. we had a beautiful space and a nice decoration. the staff was super friendly and i found breakfast available even outside official times.

the hotel appear a little smaller than what i saw in the photos.

i found the staff to be cute and polite. i got a fantastic deal on the suite as an upgrade. The room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated that the room included essential toiletries.

i experienced issues with opening and closing the patio doors , it was the only door to get in. This was reported daily, YET not resolved. from the second day, i noticed a strong sewage smell in the bathrooms , it was reported to reception.

i was placed on the bottom floor and the plumbing was not right. my whole room smelled of sewage it was awful. i complained and was moved to another room but it did not make up for the initial smell. the hotel overall was average definitely not worth the price i paid i have stayed in hotels at a lower price that were much nicer i wouldn't pay to stay here again

Really good Boutique Holiday Experience

The room was beautiful and clean. The modern decor really impressed me. The location is superb. It is just a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill. Mirissa beach is also easily accessible via a brief walk or a quick tuk-tuk ride. This hotel proved to be one of the best properties I have stayed in during my time.

I noticed a very slight delay in responding to requests made late in the evening.

the staff were super friendly and arranged my travel to the airport. breakfast was good. i stayed in the suite and afternoon tea was delivered to my room along with a complimentary bottle of wine.

i was placed on the bottom floor and the plumbing was not right so the room stunk of sewage. i complained and was moved. it didn't make up for the smell.
