Dining Options
Trident Hyderabad offers several dining options. Kanak is the Indian specialty restaurant that presents Indian cuisine and Hyderabadi recipes, which can be paired with wines from the Wine Cabinet or tea from the Chai Bar. Tuscany features traditional Italian flavors. Amara serves Hyderabadi dishes and flavors from the Far East and the Mediterranean. Ninety Six bar serves aperitifs and wines. A classic Hyderabadi dish, Pathar ka Gosht, is made with lamb marinated overnight and seared on a hot granite stone. At Amara, guests can experience Irani Chai. The chef recommends Mesclun salad, pork belly, risotto, carbonara ravioli, and 75 degrees sous vide chicken, followed by tiramisu or baileys with mascarpone and vanilla gelati.
