The hotel offered multiple restaurants. I enjoyed the variety. The breakfast buffet included regional and international options. The bar featured a large selection of Whiskey. I appreciated that the rooms were large and very nice.
The coffee order took a long time, about 40 minutes. One staff member apologised later.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A good range. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, very relaxing. There was also a spa offering various treatments.

The staff helped us select a wonderful menu. The children loved it! The housekeeping services were professional and efficient, I must say. Staff at reception provided a lovely welcome, i thought.

the staff ensured my welcome was smooth and efficient. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i found a wide variety of options to choose from, and the quality was superb. fresh fruit was available in the room, a detail that i greatly appreciated. the rooftop pool was particularly enjoyable for relaxation.
during my stay, i noticed a slight delay in housekeeping responding to my requests. this sometimes resulted in a longer wait time than expected for basic services.

The staff was helpful, Ms. Priya helped me select a delicious menu that my family enjoyed. I will always remember that moment. the desserts with belgian chocolate were also a standout. i'll look into the name.
I stayed for several nights. My experience began poorly AT the reception. there was no greeting or acknowledgement. It felt impersonal. the hotel's warmth was lost.
