the hotel offered a convenient location with easy access to local shops and cafes. i found the staff stayed late to help me, this was appreciated after a long flight delay. the private accommodation was really ideal for my needs. i could find local shops with ease (this.
i noticed the room doors could slam pretty hard, and the walls felt quite thin. this meant i could hear some noise from other rooms and the plumbing which did disturb me.

Gluten-free breakfast options were available. That was a nice touch. the variety may not have been extensive, but everything tasted good. i found the coffee particularly excellent and the breakfast staff were helpful.

The staff was friendly. My room was very comfy and tidy. The location is near a bus stop. I also appreciated the microwave in the lobby. It allowed me to heat up some food.
My room was not soundproof. I could hear noises from the street. I also heard noises from the next room. I hardly slept without a sleeping pill!
