slow reception inferior meal quality

the room was clean, so i can't complain about that.

the reception was a mess. i stood there while staff did paperwork and avoided eye contact. it was like they are not wanting to help me. also, the included meals was like airline food but worse, specially at the high price i paid.

Perfect layover experience!

convenient location clean room friendly staff amazing food

The location was convenient. I found it easy to access everything I needed. The room was super clean and cozy, just what I needed for a short rest. I appreciated the friendly staff, they were very helpful during check-in. The included meals exceeded my expectations. The food was AMAZING!!!

The lounge got a little crowded during peak breakfast hours, so seating was somewhat limited.

The room featured blackout curtains that ensured total darkness for uninterrupted sleep, i appreciated it. There were multiple power outlets available. The bathroom included a powerful shower. The water pressure was great.

The hotel lounge provides a selection of hot and cold dishes. It caters to various tastes. Complimentary beverages are available throughout the day, this was a NICE touch. I was able to quickly grab a coffee before my next flight.

the hotel was easy to access in terminal 3. it was clean and spacious. the showers and facilities were very comfortable for sleep. i had a good few hours of sleep.

There were two people before me at reception, with only one receptionist. two more staff arrived but did not immediately assist customers. i had to wait for the staff to finish paperwork. There was no eye contact.
