the staffs are ALWAYS friendly and ready to assist. my room were very clean and very well arranged. the air-conditioned room provided a nice respite from the day.

the tv is basic with a really small screen.

convenient stay near sants station

great location friendly staff clean room good value

The location is great. I found it especially convenient being so close to the train station. the staff was super friendly and accommodating to all my needs. my room was very clean and well-kept! i also appreciated the good value for money.

The walls seemed a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn't too bad though.

The location was convenient, situated just a short walk from the train station. My room was clean and well-kept (i appreciated that).

The room was quite small, and i found it a bit cramped for anything beyond a very short stay.

Convenient Stay Near the Station

I found helpful reception staff. The hotel is close to the railway station. There are many eating places near the hotel and I explored the nearby options. Storing my bag for free before check in and after check out helped a lot.

I heard noise during the night. This disturbed my sleep. I think they should fix this as soon as possible.

peeling wallpaper drain smell

the front desk service was available 24 hours.

the room i occupied was not satisfactory. peeling wallpaper detracted from the room's appearance. a smell of drains was also present. the second lock on the door seemed disabled, affecting security.
