JRDN restaurant serves sustainable seafood and all-natural steak, with striking ocean views. The menu is inspired by the oceanfront locale. The dramatic setting sun is reflected on a 70-foot long 'wave wall' at the back of the restaurant. Color-changing lighting continues this effect throughout the evening. Eight is an intimate sushi bar offering 8 exclusive seats. A sushi restaurant beyond the ordinary with architecturally creative bar. JRDN lounge offers drinks, food, and entertainment. There is a 15-foot screen in JRDN for watching NFL, college football, and MLB games.

TOWER23 has ocean view meeting and event space. Personalized menus, valet parking, and themed specialty cocktails are available upon request. JRDN Restaurant is available for events. Services include valet parking.
