The Gastronomic Experience includes meals prepared by Chef Miguel Laffan. You can savor organic eggs made by the Maître. The hotel combines Alentejo gastronomy with its wine experiences. You can visit the winery and barrel room followed by Alentejo cuisine paired with hotel wines at the restaurant as part of Wines at the Table experience, available for lunch or dinner (90€ per person).
