inadequate air conditioninginconvenient luggage assistance

The air conditioning system proved inadequate, especially considering my room's proximity to the pool. The temperature remained uncomfortably high despite setting it to the lowest level. moreover, i found the absence of assistance with luggage from the car to be rather inconvenient, particularly given the stairs leading to my assigned room. this lack of service detracted from the overall experience.

the air conditioning was definitely lacking i could barely feel any cool air. the room felt stuffy the whole time even with it cranked all the way down. also getting around without a car was a pain you are pretty isolated there needing rides for everything

This hotel has beautiful olive gardens, offering a peaceful setting. The location is very convenient. It is close to the pozzallo ferry and also modica, ragusa and noto. The staff members are helpful and very friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant provides good value, serving tasty food at reasonable prices.

I noticed that the air conditioning could use some improvement, especially in rooms closer to the pool.

i found the staff very friendly. the breakfast selection was delicious and had many options available. dinner at the restaurant had a menu covering a variety of diets and used fresh products. the pool was nice and clean with sunbeds.

The air conditioning was not efficient enough. It was very hot in the rooms even at its lowest setting.
