The location did have a beautiful view.

The room lacked proper ventilation and had a small window, I had to close because of the street noise. The restaurant food was awful, yet the prices were expensive. I was very disappointed.

the proximity to the road was a big issue. i found it impossible to keep the window open because of the constant noise. the half-board meals were mediocre. the staff during dinner seemed bothered by us. it really was like we were inconveniencing them.

the staff was nice. breakfast had decent options. the view was obviously the main attraction.

Unfortunately, the noise was unbearable. My room faced the main road. every scooter and vespa sounded like it was driving through my room at 3am. earplugs are essential unless you're deaf.

I found the view of Mount Vesuvius and the bay amazing. It. The shuttle service to the beach and train station was very useful. It simplified travel to nearby attractions. All the staff provided superb customer service. They responded quickly when I requested a topper for the firm bed. Breakfast offered many choices. I also enjoyed the quality lunches and dinners.

The location is adjacent to a busy road. Therefore, traffic noise can be noticeable at times.
