a loving stay near the sea

the location was lovely. it allowed easy walks to a wonderful beach and shops. our room included a kettle even if we had to get our own coffee. the sea views from the big balcony were gorgeous. i liked overlooking the swimming pool too.

the all-inclusive option seemed limited for families. there weren't snacks available throughout the day. i thought i shouldnt have to pay extra for simple things for the children.

the hotel feature many clean pools perfect for family. the main pool has a large area with plenty of space to swim and a separate children's area. i watched a lifeguard always be on duty, maintaining a safe environment.

Awesome Stay with Amazing Staff!!!

I really loved the spacious and comfortable room. The sea view was AMAZING! The food was great overall. The restaurant gets busy during peak times. The waterpark had just the right amount of slides. It kept things fun and safe for the kids.

I think the hotel needs to provide pool towels. I wish I had brought my own.

The staff was very polite, kind, and helpful. Immanuel and Alexandra from the entertainment team are excellent. The restaurant management team, including Pavlos, Konstantinos, and George, are the best.

the food variety was wide, especially dinner with different cuisines featured each night. my children loved the water park (it kept them busy for hours). our family room sea view was spacious and very clean. all the staff were friendly and always happy to help.

i noticed the waterpark was not open for use. i wish they had informed us about this before our arrival (it was a bit disappointing).
