confusing package cigarette smoke

the food at breakfast met my expectations, especially the selection of fresh fruit.

the all-inclusive package proved confusing. it was unclear what was included and what incurred extra charges (the system was not clearly explained). additionally, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (quite unpleasant).

I appreciated the excellent breakfast selection. Many options suited all tastes. The hotel's central location made exploring easy. The bus station nearby provided super convenient access.

The hotel has many stairs and a small elevator in the hall only serves the first floor.

the staff was very attentive i loved the service i received from ahmed who made the room a pleasure to return to each day maria always greeted me with a smile she took time to speak to me and ensured my stay went well the breakfast was fabulous with a high standard there was something for everyone

i did not realize it is a party place perhaps that is my fault the hotel seems to let anyone in i think it should be only all inclusive option then you don't get people partying in their hotel room i experienced a few bumpy nights with loud music next door around 2 am

my week-long visit included daily housekeeping, with munibal providing excellent service.. the pool area offered many sunbeds and a pool bar features a large variety of drinks and snacks. i found the central location quite convenient.

The breakfast had a good variety. The fresh options made it a good start to the day. The staff was helpful. They greeted me with a smile, and were always ready to assist me.

The hotel has many stairs. It was difficult to find my way around.
