the all-inclusive package proved confusing. it was unclear what was included and what incurred extra charges (the system was not clearly explained). additionally, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (quite unpleasant).

The hotel has many stairs and a small elevator in the hall only serves the first floor.

the staff was very attentive i loved the service i received from ahmed who made the room a pleasure to return to each day maria always greeted me with a smile she took time to speak to me and ensured my stay went well the breakfast was fabulous with a high standard there was something for everyone

i did not realize it is a party place perhaps that is my fault the hotel seems to let anyone in i think it should be only all inclusive option then you don't get people partying in their hotel room i experienced a few bumpy nights with loud music next door around 2 am
