I found the staff very helpful and easy to speak with in English. The hotel's appearance matched the pictures I saw online. The location is quiet, yet the beach and restaurants are a short two-minute walk. i had a great time there.

The shower doors were rickety. They looked stained.

dirty roomweak water pressure

The room was not clean. i found hairs in the bathroom, a definite turnoff. the shower was also subpar. The water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated. this, combined with the general shabbiness of the room, left me quite disappointed. I expected better for the price.

The staff was cute and friendly. I was allowed a later check-out time. The pool was charming and the garden area was tidy and clean, very refreshing.

The maintenance was inadequate. The shower tray leaked water in two places and this had been going on for a while. A length of skirting board was off and there was no sign of anyone trying to fix it.

I found the breakfast really abundant. It included items like pastries, yogurt, and cereal. The pool had clean water and plenty of loungers, very convenient. The staff were very helpful. They gave me directions and answered all my questions.
