Rooms include Nespresso machines, kettles, autonomous air-conditioning and heating, double-glazed windows with mosquito screens, and a safe box. 32" LED TVs are standard, with 43" Smart LED TVs and Netflix available in the Prima Vista suite. Bluetooth speakers are available upon request. Bathrooms have showers or bathtubs; anti-slip mats are available. Ironing facilities and baby cots are available upon request. Most rooms have Cocomat mattresses and linens, designer furnishings, a satellite TV, a mini-bar, free toiletries, and a private balcony. Some rooms feature landmark, mountain, or sea views. The Prima Vista suite includes a large terrace and Netflix.

The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 10:45 next to the lobby, with homemade and healthy products, including fig-apple, carrot, kiwi-pineapple, tomato, pear, and orange jams, depending on the season. An à la carte restaurant is open during the summer next to the lobby, the garden, and the aqua gym area. Vivarium roof garden restaurant offers Greek wines and fusion Greek cuisine with views of the valley of Episkopos and the hotel's garden. Mediterranean seafood and premium cuts of meat are available, accompanied by Greek wines served by the glass, thanks to Coravin. The hotel cooperates with a nearby restaurant for food supply.
