Family Rooms on floors 6-13 include a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for two children. Superior Double Rooms feature tiled bathrooms with showers. Standard Twin Rooms, located on floors 6-11, provide two separate beds and a tiled bathroom with a shower. Select Superior rooms allow pets (limited availability, additional fee applies).

The hotel offers three onsite restaurants: Mandel, Paolo's and Miss Voon. Guests may try Sami-inspired local cuisine at Restaurant Mandel. Paolo's, located on the ground floor, has Italian cuisine. The nearest outdoor car park is on Södra Järnvägsgatan (SEK 80/day). The nearest parking garage, CK parking garage, is a cold garage (SEK 160/day) open 24 hours a day. By air: take the airport bus that connects to all arriving flights (20 min transfer). Walk from Skellefteå bus station, 30 m to the hotel. By train to Jörn or Bastuträsk: Take the train bus that connects to the arriving train (45/60 min transfer). Walk from Skellefteå Bus station. By bus: Walk from Skellefteå bus station and follow the Södra railway road east. Turn down onto Torggatan where the hotel is located (5 min walk).
