Standard double rooms (approx. 18 m2) include two single beds (90 cm wide), a work area, and armchairs. Superior double rooms (approx. 18 m2) are located on the top floors and feature a king-size continental bed (180 cm) or two separate beds (90cm), bathrobes, and tea/coffee making facilities. Suites (30 m2) offer a king-size continental bed (180 cm), a lounge with seating, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with both shower and bath. Rooms also come with a satellite TV and a work desk. Some rooms have a hot tub. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi.

The Clarion Collection Hotel Uman includes a daily breakfast buffet with organic foods like eggs, Fairtrade bananas, orange juice, and cereals.
