The Vista provides accommodations that feature a private patio or balcony. Rooms overlook Good Harbor Beach, the pool, and the ocean. Room choices include ground-level or second-floor rooms, with two double beds or one king bed. Some first-floor Premium Rooms are dog friendly. Select Premium Rooms are accessible, search for the ADA designation when booking. Each room includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker. A sink and a two-burner stove unit, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, and glassware are provided. Rooms also include individual heat and air conditioning, a private bath with a tub, a hairdryer, a device charger, and an alarm clock radio with a USB charger. All rooms are smoke-free.

The Vista provides a free continental breakfast. Guests can use the poolside patio. Supermarkets, ice cream stands, diners and restaurants are nearby.
