The Villa Bentota By Kk Collection offers rooms with sea or garden views, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee-making facilities. A spacious suite features a large sea-facing balcony or terrace and a separate lounge area. It can accommodate 2 extra beds and includes a private entrance, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Some rooms have balconies, courtyards, and terraces. One large suite, decorated with mud and ebony, is located on the first floor with windows looking within the property but without a view. Some rooms don't allow extra beds/cots.
Dining at Villa Café
The Villa Café presents Paradise Road food and features tropical and fresh flavors for lunch, snacks, desserts, coffee, ice creams, pizzas, and dinner. With an authentic pizza oven, the menu recalls Paradise Road's Colombo outlets: The Gallery Café, Paradise Road Café, and Paradise Road Tintagel. The Villa Café is housed in a newly built pavilion in Paradise Road style, complimenting the Mohotti Walauwa with wicker chairs beneath a pillared roof. The bar, decked out with giant wicker sofas, serves zesty cocktails. Glasses of water and snacks are handed out to anyone reclining poolside. A special kids' menu is available.
Leisure and Facilities
The Villa Bentota features a sprawling coconut palm lawn opening to the sea, two swimming pools, a Paradise Road gift store, and an art gallery. There are several lounge areas within the hotel. A small massage room and a boutique offering items from their Colombo Paradise Road store are available.

The Villa Bentota By Kk Collection is 1 km from Bentota and 5 km from Bentota River Seaplane Base. Nearby landmarks include Panchakapaduwa Island Meditation Centre (3 km), Sky Club Paramotoring (2.5 km), Kande Vihare Temple (4 km), and Moragalla Beach (4 km). It is located 1.5 hours drive south of Colombo. A train passes on occasion throughout the day. The property is set on a 2-acre plot of land separated from the beach by a railway line.
