What are the fees associated with early check-in or late check-out?

The early check-in charge is 15 USD, and late check-out up to 19:00 is also charged at the same rate. If guests check out after 11:30, late check-out until 14:30 can be accommodated. Am I allowed to order meals from outside while staying there?
