The Frankly Scarlett Junior Suite, located on the first floor, includes a queen-size bed and access to a wheel chair accessible shower (ADA approved shower seat available upon request). Katherine's Mirror Image Grand Suite has a king-size bed. The Suite Home Alabama has a king bed that converts into two twin beds. The In the Heat of the Night Suite, on the second floor, features a queen-size bed and antique French doors to a private enclosed porch. There is also a grand suite with a replica of an antique copper bateau tub, original French-style leaded glass windows, and a large Carrera marble shower. A room on the third floor has a desk with Wi-Fi, a king-size bed and a slipper claw foot tub.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the formal dining room and features Southern cuisine. Menu items include sausage gravy and biscuits, berry yogurt trifles, scrambled eggs with Havarti, peaches and cream stuffed French toast with fresh sausage, and strawberry shortcake pancakes with bourbon whipped cream, Applewood smoked bacon and scrambled eggs with Havarti.
