uneven experience
small room broken toilet door
the staff were generally helpful and friendly, acceptable.
The room size was a definite issue. There was hardly any space for a wardrobe or drawers. additionally, the toilet door wouldn't close properly, rather inconvenient. i was also told breakfast wouldn't be served even a minute late. Quite strict.

friendly staff spacious room small room vegan options
The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful (they really stood out!).
The rooms felt quite small. I also noticed no vegan options were available, though the website showed some (this was disappointing).
