Eight private residences are located on the 7th floor, ranging from 2,200 to 4,000 square feet. All four bedrooms include three en suites and a kids' room with two sets of bunkbeds. Bathrooms are located on the lower level.

The Steamboat Grand features multiple dining options. The Grand Market offers Starbucks coffee drinks, salads, snacks, beverages, heat-and-serve meals, and grocery items. The Poolside Bistro provides signature cocktails, beer, wine, grilled entrées, salads, appetizers, snacks, and soft drinks. The Cabin has a menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. Catering professionals create custom menus.
Leisure and Recreation
Guests can enjoy various recreational activities. The Steamboat Grand is near the 18-hole championship golf course designed by Keith Foster, which features a practice facility, a pro shop, and the Haymaker Patio Grill. A 19-hole disc golf course in the Thunderhead and Bashor areas has technical, open, and secluded baskets. Guests have access to a full-service spa for massages, body treatments, and facials in the Rocky Mountain Day Spa. Guests can explore hiking trails, and AVA and Bodhi offer trips and rentals for river and lake activities. Guided horseback rides on deer and elk trails are available through Del's Triangle 3 Ranch. The multi-level course features local landmarks, such as the iconic Steamboat barn, Fish Creek Falls, Nordic ski jumps, and Rabbit Ears rock formation.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to/from downtown from 4:15 pm to 10:15 pm, leaving the front door at :15 and :45 after the hour.
