The Limelight Hotel Aspen provides 315-square-foot Standard Rooms with a king-sized bed. Rooms include Body Eclipse Spa Line bath products and plush robes. Additional room features are heating and air conditioning. Some rooms, located on the 3rd and 4th floors, include a kitchenette, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Unobstructed views include downtown Aspen, Aspen Mountain, Independence Pass, Red Mountain, or Wagner Park. Select rooms offer a terrace with city views, free Wi-Fi, an iPod docking station, flat-screen TVs, a work desk, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, and coffee-making facilities. Feather-Free Rooms are available upon request.

The original structure on the Limelight property is called The Ski and Spur Bar, which serves both outlaws and skiers. Breakfast includes pastries, yogurt, granola, fruit, bagels, pancakes, coffee, juice, and tea. The selection also includes steel-cut oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, french toast, chorizo, patty sausage, and veggie frittatas. Aspen's oldest historic restaurant is nearby, for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and live entertainment.
Leisure and Activities
A heated pool with two hot tubs is the centerpiece of the outdoor living space with fire pits. Cruiser and fat bikes are available for exploring Aspen. The hotel provides access to hiking trails into the Hunter-Fryingpan Wilderness, accessing alpine lakes, waterfalls and wildflowers. Guests have access to the Silver Queen and Elk Camp Gondolas, providing access to hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, good food and family-friendly activities. The single-track path through the aspens is worth encountering once it opens after elk calving season. Inside Tracks offer a full day of skiing/riding. Guests under 4 feet tall may enjoy a complimentary teepee set up instead of a rollaway.
Location and Transportation
Limelight Hotel Aspen is 10 km from Aspen-Pitkin County. The transportation center, a block away, provides a free bus to Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Aspen's Saturday farmer's market, from June through October, features Colorado-grown produce, crafts, live music, and a food court. Guests can access an extensive network of trails from downtown, ideal for hiking in summer and snowshoeing in winter.
