acceptable greetingmissing drinklong waits
The staff greeted me with smiles, a gesture I found acceptable enough considering I just wanted to be left alone.
I waited far too long for the room even though I arrived after check-in time. The cute drink was also missing which felt rude. The first room assigned lacked water. I waited again until another room was ready. These delays made arrival unpleasant.
