The Roxbury offers studios, suites, tower cottages, mansion rooms, and classic contemporary rooms. All rooms feature free streaming Netflix, free Wireless, DVD players with access to 400+ film titles, fridges, microwaves, coffee machines, and air conditioning. Bathrooms include fluffy towels, supersoft sheets, and luxury bathroom amenities. Suites add kitchenettes with counter space, wet bar sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators. Suites include separate living areas with sofa beds, dining tables. Some suites include 85-gallon Japanese soaking tubs with dual shower heads, or extra half baths. The Tower Cottages feature two bedrooms with private bathrooms, living areas with sleeper sofas, screened-in back porches, and sun balconies. Some Tower Cottages have observation decks. The mansion rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Select mansion rooms have claw foot tubs, showers, fireplaces, or private balconies with outdoor showers.

Breakfast bags are available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Roxbury South (motel) or in the front office lobby at Stratton Falls. Guests can select up to 4 complimentary items, including pastries, bagels, croissants, coffee cake, hard-boiled eggs, granola bars, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and string cheese.
