If I have a 4-year-old child who can share a bed with us, is it allowed to book a single room for all three of us?

A 4-year-old can share a bed with parents at no additional charge, although breakfast will incur a fee of THB 250 net per meal. Are extra beds available for younger children in a twin room, and what size are the beds? Can I book an extra bed for my 4-year-old?
