excessive noise inattentive staff

the room was spacious. it offered ample space to relax after a day exploring.

the noise was excessive. i heard loud music until late at night. additionally, some staff exhibited a lack of attentiveness. it was annoying to experience inconsistent service levels.

the room was spacious i booked a beautiful junior suite 1 king bed. the rooftop pool had a live dj and great views. the location was close to shops and restaurants.

the all-inclusive package had limited food options it would be nice to have more choices.

attentive service rooftop experience beyond service

maria jose at the rooftop pool area was AMAZING!!! she was always attentive, so i highly recommend her. the rooftop experience. she really were pretty good.

the only downside was the limited number of food choices. i wished there was even MORE variety available. but the options we had were delicious!

the location was convenient to fifth avenue. a three-minute walk provided easy access to various shops and restaurants.

the dj played house music constantly. its repetitive techno beats became tiresome after a few days. we wished the music was more diverse.

attentive service steady supply rooftop pool

freddy made our last day special. he ensured our drinks and snacks never ran low. spending the afternoon at the rooftop pool was a dream. maria jose at the rooftop pool always offered great service.
