mixed feelings about this stay

icy car parkbleeding head
i must admit, the parking area was a significant issue. i slipped on some ice there and ended up spending a long time in the a and e. it resulted in a bleeding head, which really put a damper on the entire experience.

the room was clean and well equipped. i found milk, tea, and biscuits provided upon arrival, a nice touch. extra pillows and a comfy duvet enhanced my stay.
the shower required a bit of time to warm up.

lisa greeted me with a warm welcome and gave helpful tips. she helped me with my case and saw me off on check out, very kind. i think the hosts live on site and are on call, reassuring for solo travelers!

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the things i wanted to see.
the apartment was not as modern as i anticipated. the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, so my son didn't sleep well. it wasn't the relaxing experience i hoped for.

The room offered excellent sea views. It was a family room sea view. I found tea, coffee, biscuits, and sweets in the room. A carton of milk was in the fridge, which I appreciated.
