mixed feelings about this stay

icy car park bleeding head

i must admit, the parking area was a significant issue. i slipped on some ice there and ended up spending a long time in the a and e. it resulted in a bleeding head, which really put a damper on the entire experience.

lovely stay with fine views

clean room provided biscuits comfy duvet

the room was clean and well equipped. i found milk, tea, and biscuits provided upon arrival, a nice touch. extra pillows and a comfy duvet enhanced my stay.

the shower required a bit of time to warm up.

the hotel is near the north bay. it is conveniently located for the open air theatre. several pubs, cafes, and shops are within walking distance from here.

The apartment had a big bedroom with a modern ensuite. i saw there was a fridge and freezer combo. the sofa was very comfortable and spacious. I noted there were two tvs in the apartment.

breakfast is available at the watermark, a short walk. there are many places to eat located a short walk from the hotel. the fridge provides convenient storage for dining needs.

lisa greeted me with a warm welcome and gave helpful tips. she helped me with my case and saw me off on check out, very kind. i think the hosts live on site and are on call, reassuring for solo travelers!

a bit underwhelming, honestly

uncomfortable sofa bed unrelaxing experience

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the things i wanted to see.

the apartment was not as modern as i anticipated. the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, so my son didn't sleep well. it wasn't the relaxing experience i hoped for.

Satisfactory Stay Near the Beach

The room offered a comfortable double bed , a settee and a coffee table. A large picture window provided a panoramic view.

Unfortunately , I slipped on ice in the car park. The incident resulted in a visit to the Accident and Emergency department with a bleeding head.

The room had a comfortable double bed. I found a settee and a coffee table, great. A large picture window allowed me to see a panoramic north bay view.

I noticed that there weren't cooking facilities except for a kettle and a fridge.
