The room had a sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. I also had dinner. My meal was quite salty. In the morning, the room still smelled of sewage, combined with food from the restaurant. Our room was close to the kitchen. The AC was also very loud.

the room was not cleaned one day a request for fresh towels went unfulfilled the air conditioning unit emitted a loud noise all night disrupting sleep the level of noise was unacceptable

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the pedestrian walkway. The walkway provides access to beaches and harbor restaurants, which are close to the ferry dock. Sasha at the front desk was very friendly and always ready to assist guests. I watched both the sunset and sunrise from the rooftop, it had fantastic views of the ocean.

i liked my room a lot. i had a one-bedroom suite and the space was plentiful. the king size bed gave a good night rest, very important to me.

room servicing policymissing garnishes

The room servicing policy is odd , to say the least. My room was not cleaned the day after arrival , which is unusual. It was eventually cleaned , but only after a significant delay. The rooftop bar cocktails lacked garnishes and straws , a small detail but noticeable.
