Rooms and Cottages
The Quogue Club at Hallock House provides ten rooms and two private cottages. Each includes 500-thread-count Supima cotton sheets, Turkish cotton towels, and Molton Brown bath products. Rooms feature decor in soft colors and patterns. Hallock King rooms are in the Main House, each with a king-size bed. Some rooms offer a king guest room, a large bathroom with standing shower, and a living room area with a pull-out sofa. Double rooms offer air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, carpeted floor and heating. One room features two full-sized beds and a bathtub shower. Some rooms include an armchair and bathrobe. Suites have a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV.
Farm-to-Table Dining
Dining at the Quogue Club is exclusively for members and hotel guests. Chef Matt Birnstill, a Long Island native and former chef at 1770 House in East Hampton, customizes the cuisine. The Club includes a dining room and a bar/tavern. Chef Birnstill uses local ingredients from Long Island's farms and fishermen. The cellar offers an internationally sourced wine selection at reasonable prices. Corporate clients can arrange breakfast, gourmet luncheons, cocktail parties, and seated dining. You can get a customized gourmet meal, paired with select wines from the Hamptons Dining Room cellar.
Leisure and Activities
The Quogue Club provides access to a 1,200-square-foot fitness center, yoga studio, massage room, and a child-friendly lounge.
