UNION, the 65-seat restaurant, is headed by Head Chef Christian Bassett. UNION sources ingredients from local farmers and fisherman. Turndown includes local Dean's chocolate. The hotel features an Art Gallery, open to the public, with works by local Maine artists. The gallery includes a two-story installation of vintage typewriters called the SWARM.
