I Found THE staff to be friendly and professional. The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast offered good variety. The location is SUPER for ferry access. It's also close to the metro station.
The room i had WAS a bit small, it did the job though.

poor soundproofingcrowded breakfast
i was a little disappointed by some aspects of my stay. the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, it did disrupt my sleep a bit. also, the breakfast area felt quite crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to find a table, there was a queue for the coffee machine.

I found the location convenient for accessing transportation! The staff provided excellent service and made everything easy. Breakfast was quite good. The variety was a nice touch and I especially liked the fresh options.
The immediate area felt a bit chaotic upon arrival. This was especially noticeable with crowds near the metro and port, but I quickly adjusted to the atmosphere.
