Very nice Stay with Minor Hiccup

amazing staff clean rooms tasty food

Reception staff greeted us well. Manikandan and Denny welcomed us like family. The rooms looked beautiful, and the housekeeping staff kept the place in top condition after exploring, I appreciated that. Breakfast was good and the food changed just enough daily to keep meals exciting, it was tasty.

wonderful mountain stay

modern hotel spacious room family pool

i found the modern hotel beautiful. the room was spacious and very comfortable. the views from the balcony were breath-taking. we loved the family pool and their spa.

the taxi arranged by the hotel felt scruffy. the three-hour journey was uncomfortable. i did not feel safe during the high speed drive. there was no water provided in the car.

the taxi the hotel arranged? dreadful. not exactly the chariot i expect from a place that thinks it's fancy, more like a reject from a demolition derby. and the front desk staff? well, let's just say their customer service skills appear to have been outsourced to a particularly grumpy sloth. i expected slightly better.
