central location easy access helpful staff safe environment

The location is central. It is easily accessible. Staff IS helpful. The hotel was quiet and safe. The rules made it safe.

I was not advised about the car park. The sign states new england car park. It does not allow parking without payment. I ended up with A fine.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful! They made everything easy. The location is central. It's just a short walk to the town center, great! The hotel offered excellent value. The room was well-equipped. I had restful nights of sleep.

The shower pressure was a little low, and the hot water could have been a bit warmer! It was very minor.

surprisingly good stay!

great location well-equipped room friendly staff

the location proved quite great and convenient. i found my room very well-equipped and spacious, a good value. i was also glad the staff were friendly and was helpful, as the rules made it quite safe.

i must mention that the lack of an available car park did inconvenience me. i think it's not nice that i needed to pay for parking elsewhere.

I discovered a clean room with fresh linens. the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. It was a good convenience. the staff responded quickly when i requested extra towels. the television worked perfectly, offering many channels.

the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but it was manageable.

the staff was friendly! and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was clean! there was plenty of tea and coffee. it was a warm, clean, fresh room. i would be happy to recommend it to friends.

there was no car park with the hotel! i think it is wrong that i had to pay for a car park as well.
