Some rooms feature mountain views, plush king beds, pull-out queen size sofa beds, mini-refrigerators, writing desks, oversized bathrooms, make-up mirrors, electric fireplaces and jetted tubs.

Onsite Dining

Circa '31 features contemporary cuisine in a casual setting with an extensive wine list, Sunday Brunch, and nightly specials. The menu includes favorites, fresh dishes characteristic of today, local ingredients, and seasonal produce. Freshly baked bread, desserts, and an impressive wine selection complement the creations. A custom dinner for two paired with local Virginia wines can be prepared by the Executive Chef.

Leisure and Activities

The Mimslyn Inn offers trails for all abilities that lead to waterfalls, rock outcrops, and protected wilderness in Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Forest. Guests can explore Skyline Drive or a local winery. Hawksbill Creek has a 2-mile paved walking and biking loop. There are music, holiday, and seasonal festivals to enjoy with friends. Massage therapy sessions are available, utilizing Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, and trigger point techniques, along with Eco-fin treatments.

Location and Surroundings

Located in rural Virginia, the Mimslyn Inn is near Luray Valley Museum (1.5 km), Luray Zoo (2 km), and The Car and Carriage Caravan Museum (1.5 km). Other landmarks include Arts & Artisans Fine Art Gallery (1 km), DarkWood Manor (0.5 km), and Carillon Park (1 km). Guests can find shops, festivals, performing arts, paved walking trails, museums, and monuments in the downtown area. The Shenandoah River's south fork is available for canoeing, tubing, fishing, and swimming.

Event staff will arrange ceremonies and receptions for 100 guests with cocktails, plated or buffet menu, dancing, flowers, and cake. A tented area includes seating for 75, a buffet area, and a dance floor. The team will be in touch within 2 business days of receiving the form.
