Where is the designated smoking area for guests?

The property is non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area in the car park at the back of the building. Guests must remain a safe distance away from the building and use the facilities available for cigarette disposal. A cleaning fee of $250.00 applies for smoking inside the premises.
