The location is great. I found easy access to transport links. The buffet breakfast was simple and good (I really enjoyed the variety!).
The room I had was quite small for a Queen Room. My window was tiny. It looked directly into the courtyard (it wasn't the best view).

Charming Stay Near the Station

The front desk staff was helpful and provided a plate and cheese knife when we requested them. I appreciated the renovated room with its modern furnishings. I found the parking very useful (parking is always important for me).
The soundproofing could be improved. Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

Charming Stay with Great Location

I appreciated the pool table. The staff were consistently friendly. By the end of my visit, the hotel certainly grew on me. I found it easy to explore the surrounding area without a car because the hotel was right by the train station.
The lift moved at a slow pace, it made me anxious about getting stuck.

lovely ladysweet experiencegreat breakfastdark roomno viewroom noise
The lady at the reception impressed me. I believe her name was madelyn. she was really lovely and kind. breakfast was also really good, i must say. it was a sweet experience.
The room i stayed in was very dark. there was also no view from the window, a bit of a letdown. every sound from the other rooms was audible. the door to the room also didn't close completely. A gap let in noise.

the hotel retains some art deco features which i liked. communal spaces are comfortable and useful if you travel in a group. the location is convenient for train travel. i found the staff very friendly and helpful when i needed assistance.
my room had worn furnishings with peeling paint on furniture. the room was small with only a small frosted glass window. it was clean, however, i expected more considering the price.

The location was good, near the train station. Breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from.
The room I got was not good for the price I paid. The bathroom really needs an update as the grout was cracked and the shower frame was broken. I did not like that. The room felt really dated. I am not sure I would stay there again.
