Each room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, heat and air conditioning, PURE by Gloss amenities, and a desk with outlets. Mini-fridges and microwaves are in every room. Cribs are available upon request.

The Met Bar & Grill, a traditional neighbourhood pub, features friendly staff, cozy interiors, and a garden patio. It offers a craft beer selection. The Met's Grill offers very good food and a hidden high-walled garden patio. The hotel also has a 2nd-floor lounge that offers complimentary coffee and newspapers between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
