The Mafolie Hotel has 22 air-conditioned rooms with 5 suites. Options include standard rooms, deluxe rooms, junior suites, and the Island's Tiniest Room with a full bed. Each room features deluxe Serta(R) Perfect Sleeper bedding, in-room safes, cable television, and private bathrooms. Most rooms offer views of Charlotte Amalie Harbor. The Upper Villa accommodates up to 6 guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an expansive balcony.

The Mafolie Restaurant offers island cuisine and international dishes. The menu includes steak, pasta, and seafood.
