Guests can enjoy meals using locally sourced ingredients, including island-picked fruit, vegetables, and seafood. Breakfast includes buttermilk pancakes and eggs Florentine. The hotel prepares picnics for guests departing at 5 a.m. A two-course lunch includes a large bottle of water and two Liming cocktails per couple. Guests can dine at The Liming and experience a family-style main course with a selection of sides. BBQ by the sea is offered at Frangipani in Port Elizabeth, a short taxi ride away.

The Liming Bequia provides a small secluded beach with deckchairs and cabanas and a short jetty for boat access or fishing. Guests have access to private cabanas, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. Passing yachts can moor at the purpose-built marina. The climb up to Mount Peggy involves trekking through open pastures, dry scrub bush, and tropical forest leading to Peggy's Rock for views. The hotel serves as a base for exploring nearby islands such as Mustique, the Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Canouan, and Petit St Vincent. A small secluded beach is available and a window to starry skies unspoiled by light pollution.
